CANCELLATION POLICY
Salon Policies At Hair by Iris, I value your time and strive to provide a luxury, stress free salon experience. To ensure fairness and respect for all clients, please review the following policies before booking: • Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 30% charge of the scheduled service. • No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and a fee may apply. • Card on File: A valid card must be kept on file to secure all bookings. Any applicable fees will be charged to the card on file in accordance with these policies. • No Refunds: Hair by Iris does not provide refunds of any kind on services. If you have concerns with your result, you must notify me within 3 business days of your appointment. Adjustments may be made when appropriate to ensure your satisfaction, but complimentary corrections are the only resolution offered.
